Executive Assistant M/F

To support the strong momentum of our leadership team, we are looking for our future Executive Assistant, a true operational right hand at the heart of our governance.

Your impact at mc2i:

Much more than a traditional support role, you are the guarantor of the efficiency of our General Management and our Comex. You facilitate decision-making and streamline relations with our high-level ecosystem (CAC40 clients, strategic partners).

Your missions:

Orchestrator of calendars: You manage the calendars of COMEX members by prioritizing urgencies with finesse and reactivity. You establish impeccable internal communication rituals to ensure real-time follow-up on files.

Follow-up of instances / PMO: You prepare Comex and Codir meetings. At the end of the session, you formalize decisions, frame To-Do lists, and follow up with directors to ensure milestones are met.

COMEX Ambassador: You manage the relationship with the secretariats of our "C-Level" clients. You qualify information, update our CRM, and prepare briefings before major meetings.

Logistics management and confidential files: Management of highly confidential files, logistics for travel and management events.

You have solid experience (approximately 5 years) in assisting senior executives, ideally acquired in the consulting or B2B services industry.

You possess a "project management / PMO" sensitivity: you like to structure, follow up, and organize.

Your English level is operational (B2).
