ENGINEER

Job Summary

Plan, supervise, and coordinate engineering works on site to ensure timely, budget-compliant project completion while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders and resolve technical issues to drive successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate engineering works on site to ensure efficient execution and compliance with project requirements
• Manage project timelines and budgets to deliver projects on schedule and within financial limits
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project objectives and resolve issues
• Ensure all engineering works comply with Singapore regulations and safety standards to maintain legal and safety compliance
• Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
• Resolve technical issues promptly to minimize project delays and maintain quality standards
• Monitor work progress and enforce quality control measures to meet project specifications
• Assist in project planning and scheduling to support overall project management and resource allocation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience in Singapore, demonstrating practical knowledge of local engineering practices
• Knowledge of Singapore codes, safety rules, and work procedures to ensure compliance and best practices
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment to achieve project goals
• Proficient communication skills in English to facilitate clear stakeholder interactions; additional languages are advantageous for broader communication but not essential
