Store Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the store. Supervise and manage store staff to ensure excellent performance. Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Ensure proper merchandising and maintain a clean, organized store environment. Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accountability. Support marketing and promotional activities to drive sales. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures. Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a retail store management or supervisory role. Minimum qualification: OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Good knowledge of inventory management and basic computer applications. Experience in the fashion or retail industry is an added advantage.

Remuneration: NGN  120,000
