Send us your application! The Digital Learning and Innovation department is looking for its Digital Learning Content Manager to lead the production of digital training content.
Within the Human Resources Department, you will be integrated into the "Learning & Development" department in the "Digital Learning and Innovation" team, responsible for supervising the "Design and Production" hub and managing the production of digital content for the MBDA Group.
Description of missions:
Supervision of content production
Be the referent in charge of managing the internal or external production of all training content for the MBDA Group:
- Lead and supervise the "Design & Production" team composed of 6 Instructional Designers.
- Develop and disseminate processes, guides, and best practices to stakeholders in the Group's Learning Community, present in France, England, Italy, and Germany.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content production and provide transparent information to other teams.
- Manage relationships with suppliers responsible for content production and supervise the progress of these projects.
- Ensure the quality of internal and external productions.
- Participate in the budget management of various digital training projects.
Project Management & Innovation:
Develop and strengthen content production by actively participating in the creation of a content strategy.
- Support international teams in the digital transformation of a project portfolio.
- Lead internal projects aimed at developing and strengthening training content production.
- Create and facilitate a Community of Subject Matter Experts focused on content design and production.
- Conduct active monitoring of digital training tools and methods that could be implemented at MBDA.
- Communicate internally with different countries regarding the digital training offering as well as the team's methods and processes.
Instructional design of digital training solutions:
- Analyze training needs and contribute to the drafting of internal scoping notes.
- Define pedagogical objectives by identifying the expected skills to be acquired.
- Design learning experiences using appropriate methods and modalities.
- Develop multimodal training solutions.
Profile sought:
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Digital learning/Training
- 5-7 years of experience in Instructional Designer, Digital Learning Manager, or Digital Learning Project Manager positions, preferably in an international company
Technical skills:
- English: read, spoken, understood
- Mastery of the Office pack
- Mastery of graphic/e-learning software such as: Adobe, Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline), Vyond, Kumullus, Genially, Klaxoon...
- Mastery of certain video editing software: Camtasia
- Knowledge of Adobe suite software

- Creative with an appetite for digital content creation

- Rigorous in writing, comfortable in speaking
