Production Quality Specialist (M/F)

By joining MBDA, you will participate in a major industrial project: supporting the startup of a new production site. As a true partner to the operational teams, you will guarantee the compliance of our products, deploy the quality culture, and actively contribute to the ramp-up of our industrial activities. You will operate within a scope encompassing machining, welding, and non-destructive testing activities. In permanent interface with the Production, Methods, Control, Industrialization teams and client representatives, you will support the implementation of quality requirements throughout the manufacturing process.
Your daily life: Guarantee the compliance of manufactured products by ensuring their release, mastery of traceability, and respect for client, regulatory, and normative requirements. Support production teams in the deployment of quality processes and provide your expertise during the startup, industrialization, and ramp-up phases. Drive the processing of non-conformities, lead root cause analyses, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions in order to sustainably improve quality performance. Conduct internal, client, and certification audits, and ensure the follow-up of associated action plans. Participate in industrialization projects and the validation of first articles, ensuring compliance with quality requirements throughout the production cycle. Lead continuous improvement initiatives by driving quality projects, deploying problem-solving tools, and contributing to the optimization of industrial processes. Develop the quality culture among teams through the management of indicators, quality rituals, training, and supporting the startup of the new production site.
The + of the offer: Participate in the startup of a new strategic production site. Support production teams in the startup of the new site. Support the duplication of resources and processes by ensuring compliance with MBDA procedures, limiting the impact on non-quality costs.
Your profile: Graduate of a Bac +5 degree in quality, industrial engineering, or an equivalent technical field. You have at least 10 years of experience in production quality within a demanding industrial environment, ideally in the aeronautics, defense, or precision mechanics sectors. You master EN9100 standards, EN9102 (FAI) validation processes, as well as quality and problem-solving tools (8D, A3, PDCA, DMAIC, QQOQCP, 5M...). You also possess solid knowledge of special processes (welding, surface treatments, painting, non-destructive testing...). You are comfortable reading technical drawings and possess an operational level of English allowing you to communicate with various interlocutors. Knowledge of Part 21G and FRA145 standards, as well as a Green Belt or Black Belt certification, would be appreciated.
A training period is planned in Bourges (travel arrangements covered by the company).
