With your experience, your know-how, and your passion, you can contribute to the following topics and tasks:

• Conducting mechanical and thermal environmental simulations and evaluating the results
• Supervising the test facilities regarding maintenance, repair, and calibrations
• Acceptance of new test facilities and modified experimental setups, as well as the creation of an acceptance plan and the associated documentation
• Planning of necessary setups, fixtures, and sensor technology for the execution of experiments
• Coordination of test plans and testing specifications with the team regarding feasibility and analysis of the test specification
• Planning of experimental processes
• Support of production processes, mechanical preparations, and setups

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE

• Completed studies in the field of Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, or a comparable course of study
• Sound knowledge and experience in conducting mechanical, thermal, and climatic environmental simulations
• Subject-specific knowledge and experience in the field of mechanical environmental simulation using vibration and shock loading as well as endurance testing machines
• Experience in operating vibration and shock systems and the design of test fixtures, single and multiple-shaker setups
• Knowledge of modern IT tools as well as in the areas of measurement technology, Schwingungsmechanik, Regelung- und Steuerungstechnik, Klima- und Kältetechnik, and in the design of fixtures for the aforementioned functional area
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
• Committed, determined, and independent way of thinking and working
• Strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, resilience, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to perform hourly inspection rounds on weekends
