With your experience, your know-how, and your passion, you can contribute to the following topics and tasks:

• Responsibility for the operational readiness of the BIC Platform, the utilized Business Process Management System (BPMS), and its modules in the context of MBDA
• Tracking the manufacturer's BIC roadmap and deriving a strategy to improve user experience
• Collaboration and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the operational functionality of the BMS portal
• Administration of the BIC Platform software
• Planning and implementation of BIC software updates as well as preparation of the required information and training materials
• Participation in process management as well as supporting other categories in process improvement, e.g., reviewing and improving process models
• Preparation and moderation of workshops for process optimization as well as training and supporting the process management team in the application of BIC modules
• Maintaining proof of multi-norm compliance of the BMS as an Integrated Management System (IMS), including for audits by third parties
• Proactive support of the BMS Manager Germany, e.g., in proving norm compliance during changes in the Business Management System (BMS)
• Advising employees and projects on the application of the BMS

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE

• Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, data science, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as an administrator or process designer in the application of the BIC Platform and the associated modules
• Sound knowledge of business process management and its methods, e.g., process modeling in BPMN
• Experience in the administration of LINUX
• Strong experience in handling Microsoft Office
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing, French skills desirable
• Strong sense of responsibility as well as a poised, confident appearance and strong communication skills
• Analytical and conceptual skills
• Goal-oriented and independent way of working involving relevant stakeholders
• Ability to communicate complex issues in a target-group-oriented manner through visualization
• Experience in an international environment and interest in intercultural exchange
