With your experience, your know-how, and your passion, you can contribute to the following topics and tasks:

• Participation in architecture concepts and support for software implementation, including interfaces and databases
• Troubleshooting and rectification in cooperation with users (f/m/d) and external service providers
• Accompanying the entire product lifecycle of a software solution
• Continuous optimization and adaptation of existing applications to new requirements with regard to current technologies
• Ensuring the smooth operation of the applications in the portfolio
• System administration of Windows servers
• Database administration
• Continuous exchange with internal customers (f/m/d)
• Creation of your own documentation and quality assurance of externally created documentation

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE

• Completed Fachinformatiker (f/m/d) training or a completed degree in the field of STEM subjects
• Experience in the operation and support of complex server-client applications, including interfaces
• SQL knowledge and scripting/programming knowledge
• Experience in the management and control of external service providers, including ensuring service delivery, is desirable
• Comprehensive understanding of user needs
• Good understanding of complex processes
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Analytical and conceptual skills as well as a goal-oriented way of working
• Committed, proactive, and team-oriented way of thinking and working
• Strong reliability
