Hard Service Supervisor – Puerto Madero
We are MB Consultora de RRHH, specialists in recruitment and selection of personnel. We are looking for a Hard Service Supervisor to join the offices of a company in the technology sector located in Puerto Madero, CABA. The position will be in charge of the technical management of the building's maintenance and infrastructure services, coordinating providers, contractors, and preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Requirements:
- Graduate or advanced student of Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in engineering, maintenance, or Facility Management positions in corporate buildings of more than 5,000 m².
- Bilingual English.
- Solid knowledge in HVAC systems and sanitary and mechanical installations.
- Experience in team leadership and contractor management.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (desirable).
- Analytical, organized, proactive profile oriented towards continuous improvement.
- Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage and perform technical follow-up of maintenance and infrastructure services.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance programs (PPM).
- Supervise providers and contractors.
- Analyze critical infrastructure and propose improvements.
- Implement predictive maintenance and reliability-centered strategies.
- Perform asset tracking and corrective/reactive maintenance.
- Prepare management reports and maintain communication with clients and stakeholders.
