Forvis Mazars is an international audit, tax, and consulting group. With over 40,000 employees present in about a hundred countries, we are part of the Top 10 global firms. We do serious business... without taking ourselves too seriously. Being part of our teams means, above all, embracing your uniqueness and daring to share your ideas, in a working atmosphere we invite you to discover. If you want to build your own career path and you love entrepreneurship, you are in the right place!

Do you want to join a team that deploys IA and data directly at the heart of our clients' business, with strong field exposure and business challenges?

As a Forward Deployed Engineer Intern, you will carry the thread of a deployment from end to end: from scoping needs and technical design to build and stable production deployment. You will work in direct partnership with client teams, within the Tech, Data & AI Services team of the Tech4Value Business Unit.

You will evolve in an environment that derives its strength from the combination of business experts (mainly in financial services, insurance, and banking) and experts from the Tech, Data & AI Services team, to together respond to concrete business problems, with real impact and adoption. This is a true differentiator in the market. This position is for you if....

You like being directly immersed in client teams to understand their challenges, their data, and their operational constraints.

You are attracted to the design and deployment of data & IA solutions in short cycles, in direct contact with end users.

You prefer to see your solutions actually put into production and adopted, rather than stopping at the prototype stage.

You want to involve yourself in the development project of a young and ambitious team, both in France and internationally, and to contribute to the strategic internal IA development programs at Forvis Mazars.

You are sensitive to infrastructure sovereignty issues in the context of artificial intelligence, notably the use of open-source models and on-premises architectures. Why join the adventure? Support from experts: Our Partners in charge of the Data Services team possess rare expertise, notably in MLOps (operational CI/CD since 2013). They actively participate in the firm's most innovative projects and in the creation of technological start-ups acquired by Mazars. This demanding and educational environment will propel you to the forefront of coding and operations best practices, guaranteeing high-quality project delivery. Autonomy and ambition: You will evolve in a young, dynamic, and empowering ecosystem, with strong growth ambitions. Get involved in the development of the Mazars Lab and contribute to the construction of our data consulting service offering. Hacking spirit: We value constant technological monitoring, at the cutting edge of the most high-performance open-source technologies. Our consultants are constantly training to broaden their skill set. International firm: Joining Forvis Mazars means joining a firm of international dimensions and benefiting from varied career opportunities: data bootcamp, cutting-edge learning center (Forvis Mazars Academy, LinkedIn Learning, etc.) and international mobility. Share with us the pride of bringing relevant solutions to our clients. You will excel in varied and ambitious technical subjects, within a human and caring team!
