The Transaction Services department of Forvis Mazars supports clients (large groups, ETI, SME, business owners, startups, corporate or financial investors, etc.) in their acquisition, disposal, or reorganization projects, by providing them with technical excellence and agile pragmatism. By joining this department, you will have the opportunity to develop your financial expertise, notably by working on: Business acquisition or disposal processes (financial due-diligences): (i) the identification of opportunities and risks related to the contemplated transactions, (ii) the presentation of objective financial data and (iii) support in the execution of the contractual and financial conditions of the projects; Financing or restructuring projects; Financial diagnostics and business plan reviews in which you will provide a critical eye on projections as well as financial performance. Following technical training provided by experienced employees, you will join a team of 120 people dedicated to Transaction Services in France to carry out your first missions. Your skill development will be ensured by close supervision and progressive exposure to financial topics. This offer concerns only end-of-studies internships (Master's level) with a view to permanent CDI employment, to start from January 2027. To accomplish these missions, you are currently pursuing your final year of Master's (Bac+5) in an engineering school. You are ready to demonstrate commitment, motivation, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong critical spirit, which will allow you to evolve successfully within a high-level environment, where teamwork and technical excellence are at the heart of our values.
In always demanding contexts, the diversity of missions and sectors of activity will require a strong capacity for adaptation, allowing you to grasp various issues. To thrive in this profession of numbers, you have already looked into the field of Transactions. You have at least an appetite for corporate finance and financial analysis, ideally already proven through a first internship experience or a course module, or through your own research.
You will intervene in part on missions where the working language is English, so you perfectly master the English language, both written and spoken. Benefits

Process flow Maelle is in charge of this recruitment; she will be your point of contact throughout your process. At Forvis Mazars, we are convinced that your potential is not summarized by a CV. That is why, once your application is submitted, you will be invited by email to complete a digital path of skill tests focusing on numerical reasoning and English, lasting 15 minutes. Once these tests are completed, your application file will be studied in its entirety and you will receive a response within a few days to a maximum of 4 weeks. If you are selected at this first stage, you will be contacted to begin the interview process consisting of 2 interviews of 45 min conducted with experienced TS analysts who will ensure they understand your background, your motivations, your financial knowledge, as well as your level of English.
