The Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory team at Forvis Mazars was founded three years ago by two visionary Partners, who embarked on an intrapreneurial adventure. This recent and human-sized team, composed of 10 consultants, is experiencing rapid growth by supporting its clients in their market operations, whether it be IPOs, equity or debt issuances, or M&A transactions. It also provides financial communication advice to investors. (youtube.com) Our team is specifically responsible for producing the financial and regulatory information of listed companies, such as annual and semi-annual financial reports, universal registration documents, and pro forma accounts. We also offer accounting and financial advisory services, such as participating in purchase price allocation (PPA) exercises, performing IFRS transition diagnostics, preparing IFRS financial statements, drafting guides on complex transactions, and contract analysis. Our clients are mainly listed companies, scale-ups, or companies owned by investment funds that are considering financing through financial markets or an M&A transaction. In this dynamic, innovative, and constantly evolving environment, we are looking for a final-year intern consultant to join our team. Your role as a consultant within the team includes notably: accounting and financial advisory production of financial and regulatory information drafting calls for tender to support the development of our business deciphering market expectations in order to improve and secure the financial communication of our clients carrying out corporate studies led by our department The team works remotely two days a week and performs client travel mainly in Ile-de-France. Missions can be carried out simultaneously or successively, depending on needs. The current team operates in a very positive, dynamic, and caring work context. To integrate fully, you have already had the opportunity to demonstrate your written and oral communication skills by expressing ideas and information clearly and effectively. You want to invest yourself in a fast-growing team and possess a spirit of teamwork and initiative. Your ability to work effectively in a team, to collaborate with others, and to contribute to a positive work environment is essential. A good command of English is necessary, both written and oral, to communicate effectively with our international clients. A foundation of knowledge in market finance and/or financial accounting will be an additional asset. Finally, rigor is an indispensable quality for this position. Internship to start from January 2027.
