You will join an R&D team consisting of more than 30 specialists in charge of producing tools for the transformation of financial professions. In particular, you will participate in:
- Improving the operational performance of our clients through the exploitation and enhancement of data on concrete business use cases (strategy, marketing and sales, R&D, finance, etc.).
- Direct interaction with our clients as we analyze issues to help them implement tailor-made technological solutions.
- The end-to-end development of data flows, from the extraction and transformation of our clients' data, to their consumption by web systems or applications and dashboards that we design for them, via datalakes, data-warehouses, data-marts, or APIs that expose this data.
- Deployment of data pipelines in the serverless cloud paradigm (AWS Lambdas, Azure Functions, GC Functions, etc.) but also the use of DevOps techniques and advanced bare-metal virtualization within a pioneering MLOps team (an operational team in CI/CD since 2013).
With a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a generalist or specialized engineering school, or a postgraduate degree in a field related to data (information systems, data processing, big data, statistics, software engineering, etc.):
You have already shown an interest in the field of application development integrating a Data component, through internships, courses, or personal projects involving the back-end and/or front-end development of an application.
You have practical experience and good knowledge of:
- One or more persistence layers (relational DBMS: MySQL / MSSQL / PostgreSQL, No-SQL: MongoDB / ElasticSearch / Node4j, or even S3)
- The design and/or implementation and/or manipulation of datalakes, data warehouses, or data-marts
- The implementation of ETL pipelines and data transformation / analysis scripts (Python, R, Spark)
- You do not envision serious work outside of a Linux system (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS), or without a version control system (Git), and the use of an integration chain seems natural to you
- You are proficient in spoken and written English.
Initial experience with the following technologies is a plus:
- Awareness of software quality and continuous integration chains (DevOps: Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD)
- Awareness of interaction with multidisciplinary fullstack teams (RestAPI, VueJS)
- Experience with one of the cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP), with modern Data Engineering tools:
- Redshift, Azure Synapse, Databricks, ...
- Predictive analysis chain (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.)

Process flow: You will be contacted to undergo 3 interviews of 1 hour each, spread over approximately 3 weeks:
- 1 interview with the technical team
- 1 technical interview with the CTO
- 1 interview with the partner in charge of R&D
- 1 HR and motivation interview with a recruitment officer
