Manager Transformation & Performance (M/F) – CDI – Guadeloupe or Martinique

Our Consulting division develops its offerings around digital, organizational, financial, and human transformations, serving industrial and service companies as well as public actors. As part of the expansion of our activity in Guadeloupe, Martinique, and French Guiana, and the launch of our financial transformation consulting offering dedicated to the territory, we are recruiting a Manager on a CDI basis to co-pilot the development of the practice alongside its head.
Your role As a Manager, you are the direct link to the head of the practice, with a dual-dimension role assumed from day one: Deliver: you personally manage transformation missions for our clients — scoping, production, supervision of consultants, quality of deliverables, budget and deadline management — and act as a direct interlocutor for executives. Develop: you actively contribute to the growth of the activity — building and delivering pitches for our offerings, hosting conferences, workshops, and webinars for executives in the territory, identifying opportunities directly and via our audit and accounting expertise teams, writing and defending commercial proposals. Examples of missions you will work on (Confirmed expertise is expected in two to three of these themes — the transformation of the finance function being a priority — and the ability to quickly scale up on the others.) Finance function transformation and performance Steering diagnostics of the finance function and structuring of financial information Redesign of financial processes (closing, budget, reporting, forecasting management) and transition to electronic invoicing Implementation of management cockpits and decision-making tools (BI, dashboards, performance indicators) Supervision of transition missions or operational reinforcement in a finance environment Business development and visibility of the offering Building and delivering pitches for the Financial Transformation offering to executives and finance departments Hosting conferences, collective workshops, and webinars; contributing to the practice's speaking engagements and publications Identification and qualification of opportunities, in connection with partners and the territory's audit and accounting expertise teams Writing commercial proposals and participating in defenses Management and structuring of the practice Supervision and skill development of a growing team of consultants Industrialization of methods: offering kits, diagnostic frameworks, deliverable templates Contribution to practice management (staffing, quality, mission profitability) Public sector and local finances Leading financial diagnostics for local authorities and public establishments, and supporting recovery plans Modeling financial scenarios: projection of expenses and revenues, identification of maneuvering room Implementation of budgetary tools and indicators adapted to the public sector Organizational transformation and change management Scoping performance diagnostics and designing target operating models (organization, processes, tools) Steering change management and the adoption of new practices Strategy, operational excellence, and digital transformation Developing strategic diagnostics and transformation plans with general management Optimization of operational processes and support for digital projects (digital strategy, BI, collaborative tools)
5 to 8 years of experience in consulting (transformation, performance, organization), transaction services / restructuring, or in operational finance management with a strong project dimension Confirmed experience in managing missions and supervising teams Demonstrated commercial appetite: you have already contributed to selling missions (proposals, defenses, account development) and wish to make it a central component of your profession Graduate with a Bac+5 from a major Engineering or Business School or a university postgraduate degree; DSCG, DEC or equivalent is appreciated Mastery of English (written + oral) is imperative, another language will be a plus Mastery of IT and office tools, notably Excel and PowerPoint; practice with BI tools and knowledge of mid-market ERPs is a plus Excellent written and oral communication skills; ease when facing executives of mid-cap companies as well as public executives Adaptability, taste for teamwork, and a sense of commitment Knowledge of the Antillean-Guyanese economic fabric is appreciated; inter-island mobility is essential (Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Northern Islands)
