The Strasbourg office offers you the opportunity to participate in the development and transformation of our accounting and financial outsourcing activities serving an international clientele. Within a team of about twenty employees, you will manage a portfolio of international clients, particularly German-speaking ones, and act as the primary contact for their accounting, tax, and financial challenges. As a true technical expert and local manager, you will support your clients in their development while contributing to the skill development of your teams. Your missions Supervise accounting work, the review of accounts, and the preparation of financial statements; Manage the production of annual accounts and financial reporting; Present accounts and results to clients by providing relevant analysis and real added value; Ensure the administrative and budgetary follow-up of your portfolio; Support and advise clients on their daily accounting, tax, and financial issues; Conduct ad hoc studies and analyses tailored to your clients' needs; Supervise, lead, and grow a team of employees; Participate in the development and continuous improvement of our methodologies and service offerings. A graduate of a business school, a specialized Master's in accounting-finance, or holder of the DSCG, you have a successful experience of at least 5 to 7 years in an accounting firm. Throughout your career, you have developed strong technical skills, good analytical capacity, as well as a real aptitude for managing missions and supporting teams. You will operate in an international context. Professional proficiency in English and/or German is indispensable. Recognized for your sense of service, interpersonal skills, and team spirit, you know how to establish a lasting relationship of trust with your clients and unite your employees around common goals. You are also comfortable with digital tools and major accounting software. Position based in Strasbourg.
