Our Consulting division is developing its offering related to digital, organizational, and human transformations for Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement... functions, serving the development of companies in the Industry and services sectors. As part of the development of our activity in Toulouse, we are looking for 1 consultant in CDI to support our teams. Your role will consist of working in close collaboration with our clients to help them in their global and complex transformation projects, supporting them in change management, their steering challenges, performance, and optimization of their functions (finance, supply chain, procurement,…). In this capacity, you will be able to: • Lead organizational and process transformation missions (definition of business case, design and support for the implementation of operational excellence hubs, optimization of financial processes - reporting, forecasting, budget, medium-term plan - integration of financial functions and associated change management…) • Lead performance steering missions (redesign of analytical monitoring and operational performance measurement, definition of dashboards and management reporting, diagnosis and optimization of management control, definition of processes and tools for workforce and payroll steering…) • Lead digitalization missions of the finance function (ERP, EPM, RPA, …): strategic support, solution choice strategy, business case specifications, project structuring and scoping, business support

• Conduct meetings and workshops to present recommendations and results in a clear and convincing manner.

Profile must imperatively have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Consulting (excluding internships and apprenticeships) Graduate (or about to be) with a Bac+5 from a major Engineering or Business School or a University postgraduate degree Mastery of English (written + oral) is imperative, another language will be a plus Appetite for the Finance function and understanding of its challenges Equipped with excellent written and oral communication skills, you know how to demonstrate foolproof adaptability and a passion for teamwork. Your knowledge is solid in Excel, in BI (PowerBI, QlikView, etc), and you have knowledge of certain ERP and/or reporting and management control tools (SAP, Planning, etc). Driven by an insatiable curiosity and an undeniable sense of service, you demonstrate an ability to think analytically and solve problems creatively.
