As a Consultant Senior, you will join a team whose ambition is clear: to train the managers of tomorrow (with real expertise), not just to produce deliverables. The diversity of our clients and their IT, Tech, and Digital challenges will allow you to work on complex, strategic issues in direct contact with Top Management. You will join the Tech Risk & M&A IT team of the Tech4Value pole, dedicated to high value-added topics: IT risks, cybersecurity, resilience, compliance, and IT operations with critical stakes. Upon your arrival: You will be supported, but never limited, You will be given responsibility, at the heart of the client relationship—we all are! Your ideas matter, and you are expected to carry them through to the end.

Concretely, as a Consultant Senior Tech Risk: You lead key workstreams and guarantee the quality, consistency, and impact of deliverables You analyze complex situations, anticipate blockages, and propose pragmatic solutions You play a key role in the skill development of juniors, with a true leadership posture You are the vector for tomorrow's missions, integrating into the sales process starting today

Overview of Tech Risks activities: You intervene on topics at the heart of current corporate priorities: Consulting for IT, risk, internal control, and internal audit functions, with direct exposure to executive bodies Participation in major transformation programs related to regulation (DORA), IS security (ISO 27001), and cybersecurity (NIS 2) Construction and deployment of operational resilience strategies: BCP/DRP, crisis management, securing critical activities Strategic IT consulting missions: process review, IT roadmap, target architecture, performance and cost management You may also intervene on cross-functional and complex missions with the Data Advisory and M&A IT teams: IT Due Diligence, Data & AI frameworks, high-stakes IT transformation operations.

This position is intended for profiles that want more than just a simple "senior position." Ideally, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in a consulting firm or IT audit You are a graduate of a business or engineering school (Master's degree) You have already worked on IT risk topics, IT projects, IS audit, or transformation You are recognized for your analytical capacity, your ability to synthesize, and your autonomy You know how to create a relationship of trust with your clients and gain buy-in for the solutions you propose Fluent English is indispensable
