Our Risk Consulting teams in Paris and in the regions (Lyon, Toulouse) support our clients in the industry and services sectors as well as the public sector, in the fields of risk management, internal audit, internal control, and compliance. The Risk Consulting team works in close collaboration with business specialists (finance, supply chain & achats, RSE & Climat, RH, IT, juridique, etc.) and sectoral specialists (défense, aéronautique & espace, énergie & infrastructures, transports, télécommunications, biens de consommation, services, distribution & logistique, etc.). Their working environment and the themes they need to know are interdependent with Data & IA subjects.
Your position Experienced Senior within the Risk Consulting teams. Position based in Paris. Your main missions As an experienced Senior, your main missions consist of: Participating in the execution of the mission with varying degrees of autonomy depending on the circumstances and subjects (planning, document analysis, preparation, field audit, conclusion report, etc.), Collaborating with the Senior Manager and the partner in monitoring a client portfolio for missions in the fields of risk management, internal audit, internal control, and compliance. Responding to requests and calls for tenders, Organizing and planning the missions that will be entrusted to you, Supervising the team and ensuring respect for deadlines and the quality level of deliverables. You will also actively participate in the technical supervision and human development of the team, the development of the offering to continuously adapt it to the evolving challenges of our clients, and the commercial development of the firm's client portfolio. You will carry out these missions in compliance with the firm's quality obligations and the duty of confidentiality regarding the information to which you will have access.
Your profile With a higher education background such as a Bac+5 from a university, engineering school, or business school, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in a firm and / or as an internal auditor / internal controller / risk manager within a company, with a solid knowledge of business processes. You have the agility to work in environments strongly marked by data and IA. Thanks to your recognized managerial skills and your excellent technical level, you can effectively supervise our teams. You possess very good interpersonal skills, are involved, and demonstrate adaptability. You also benefit from a strong capacity for work and autonomy. You wish to progress in your profession and support our development. Furthermore, you possess a good command of English. Understanding of the main accounting and financial mechanisms is strongly recommended (i.e., reading a balance sheet, income statement). Travel abroad or to the regions is to be expected.
