As a Consultant Senior, you join a team whose ambition is clear: to train the managers of tomorrow (with real expertise), not just produce deliverables. The diversity of our clients and their IT, Tech, and Digital challenges will allow you to work on complex, strategic issues in direct contact with Top Management. You will join the Tech Risk & M&A IT team of the Tech4Value pole, dedicated to high value-added topics: IT risks, cybersecurity, resilience, compliance, and IT operations with critical stakes. Your ideas matter, and you are expected to carry them through to the end.

Concretely, as a Consultant Senior IT Strategy & IT M&A: You lead key workstreams and guarantee the quality, consistency, and impact of deliverables You analyze complex situations, anticipate bottlenecks, and propose pragmatic solutions You play a key role in the skill development of juniors, with a true leadership posture You are the driver of tomorrow's missions, integrating into the sales process starting today

Overview of M&A IT & IT Strategy activities: You intervene on topics at the heart of current corporate priorities: Advisory to IT, Finance, and M&A functions, with direct exposure to executive leadership IT strategy missions: Definition and implementation of target operating model and governance IT process review Architecture review in connection with resilience challenges

IT Department performance missions: Steering the financial performance of IT departments with IT cost analysis and performance indicator review Implementation of ITFM / FinOps approaches Definition of optimization roadmaps

IT M&A missions: IT/Tech Due Diligence: Steering IT and technological analyses during the pre-deal phase through to purchase and sale Integration / Separation: Steering work related to divestiture / acquisition operations, defining the target IT operating model at Day-1, defining and steering the post-acquisition separation / integration strategy

This position is intended for profiles who want more than just a simple "senior position." Ideally, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in an IT consulting firm You are a graduate of a business school or engineering school (Master's degree) You have already worked on IT strategy and architecture, IT department performance, IS transformation, or IT M&A topics You are recognized for your analytical capacity, your ability to synthesize, and your autonomy You know how to create a relationship of trust with your clients and gain buy-in for the solutions you propose Fluent English is essential
