You will join the Capital markets & accounting advisory team which advises and supports its clients (listed companies, scale-ups, or companies owned by investment funds): 1) in their market operations (IPOs, issuances of equity or debt securities, M&A transactions), 2) in their periodic financial communication to investors (annual and semi-annual financial reports, universal registration documents, pro forma accounts...) and 3) in accounting and financial advisory (participation in purchase price allocation (PPA) exercises, conducting IFRS transition diagnostics, preparing IFRS financial statements...) In this dynamic, innovative, and constantly evolving environment, you will participate in the following missions: Organizational management of missions through the development of schedules and the facilitation of weekly follow-up meetings with the various stakeholders of market operations (statutory auditors, investors, banks, etc.); Production of financial and regulated information required by our clients' status as listed companies or on the occasion of their various market operations (takeovers, carve-outs, etc.); Participation in and execution of listings in France or internationally; Conversion of accounts to the accounting standards required by the listing venue and the planned operation; Support for clients throughout their market operations (before and after the operation); Facilitation of workshops, presentation of debriefing meetings, and management of daily interactions with our clients; Drafting commercial proposals to support the development of our business; Supervision of interns and junior profiles; Execution of corporate studies led by our department.

Holding a higher education degree from a business school, engineering school, or university, you are attracted to consulting and possess in-depth knowledge of the regulatory, accounting, and financial environment of market operations. A first experience in consulting or audit professions is expected.
