In France, Consulting is composed of a team of +700 people organized notably around the following major activity hubs: Transformation Finance; People & Change; Tech & digital; Data & analytics; Transformation des opérations; Santé The Forvis Mazars Transformation Finance Consulting hub addresses the transformation of companies ranging from CAC 40 to ETI for the private sector such as energy, consumer goods and luxury, telecommunications and transport, but also the public sector. You will be able to contribute to the development of transformation offers for operating models, performance management, transformation through ERPs, and process digitalization for Finance Departments (DAF) to serve business development. As part of the development of our activity, we are looking for a junior employee on a permanent contract (CDI) to support our teams. Your main missions: You will work on global and complex transformation projects, from design to implementation, analyzing client issues and defining the evolution strategy for working methods, organizations, and tools; Your objective: to provide full added value to our clients, by providing methodologies and the firm's assets (our feedback from other clients, our technological levers...) in order to support the adaptation of processes, organizational and digital changes for the client over the long term to optimize their operational efficiency. Your main achievements: Understand and analyze a client's business model, identify their optimization levers; Produce summaries integrating internal and external data; Organize, prepare, participate in, and write minutes for so-called "complex" meetings (multiple participants to convince); Exchange and write documents in English; Ensure monitoring and documentary analysis; Take part in the internal life of the firm. Position to be filled on a permanent contract (CDI) starting from December 2026.

A graduate (or about to be) with a Bac+5 from a major Engineering or Business School or a university third cycle, you benefit from a basic training in Finance (Finance, Accounting, Management Control major, for example). Motivated by consulting, you possess, in addition to analytical and writing skills, a keen sense of human relations which will allow you to listen to our clients, promote your ideas, and gain buy-in from your environment. Your interest in Finance functions has been strengthened by a first experience in an internship or work-study program in these fields. Open and curious, you can rely on your ability to define and implement a structured approach as well as a strong capacity for autonomy and work. Fluent English is essential. You are comfortable with all office tools (Microsoft Office pack) and have an interest in new technologies and their use. Benefits
