Upon your arrival, you will join our Real Estate Advisory department, composed of enthusiasts. Our team supports all players in the real estate sector – developers, builders, investment funds, property companies, managers – or even corporate real estate departments, on projects with high strategic impact. By joining us, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills through varied and stimulating missions, revolving around 3 main pillars: Real Estate Strategy & Valuation: understanding the real estate portfolio, providing objective decision-making, and building value-creating trajectories Real Estate Project Management & Execution: securing project execution and mastering risks, from design to delivery Operations & Sustainable Performance: making operations a lever for economic, environmental, and usage performance Beyond the importance of sector knowledge and therefore our clients' challenges, we often support our clients on sectoral issues as well as financial ones, in connection with the DNA of the Forvis Mazars group. You will be integrated into a multidisciplinary team for each of your missions and supported by a more experienced Real Estate Advisory consultant.

To join our team, you must be looking for your first job coming from a top business school, engineering school, or university. You wish to leverage the varied skills acquired during your training with knowledge/awareness of real estate themes. You are interested in the Consulting field, driven by the opportunity to support major clients in resolving their problems. To this end, in addition to analytical and writing skills, you possess a keen sense of human relations that will allow you to listen to our clients, promote your ideas, and gain buy-in from your environment. You demonstrate teamwork and adaptability, which are essential for working with different teams and meeting the requirements of diverse clients. You will be required to travel directly to client sites, which requires an ability to adjust quickly to new environments and to communicate with interlocutors at all levels. You have excellent interpersonal skills, a "business" approach, and a desire to invest yourself in a growing team. These qualities are crucial to collaborating effectively in a team and integrating into our positive working environment. Finally, you show a real interest in new technologies and the challenges related to data and artificial intelligence, which you wish to mobilize to serve the transformation of real estate professions. Process overview: Nicolas is in charge of this recruitment and will be your point of contact throughout the process. After submitting your application, you will receive feedback within a few days, which can take up to a maximum of four weeks. If your application is selected, you will be contacted to conduct 2 interviews with team members, each lasting 45 minutes. You will also have a case study during one of these interviews, allowing you to experience a concrete situation. Following this first phase of interviews, you will receive initial personalized feedback. You will then conduct a final interview with the team partner to confirm your projection within Real Estate Advisory. At the end of these interviews, you will be contacted within a few days and you will receive a final response with personalized feedback.
