Forvis Mazars is an international audit, tax, and advisory group. With over 40,000 employees present in about a hundred countries, we are among the Top 10 global firms. We do serious business... without taking ourselves too seriously. Being part of our teams means, above all, embracing your uniqueness and daring to share your ideas, in a working atmosphere we invite you to discover. If you want to build your own career path and you love entrepreneurship, you are in the right place!

You will join the Technical Functions of Forvis Mazars, which bring together the reference experts on subjects essential to the performance of audit and advisory missions. Within the Acceptance, Ethics and Deontology France unit, you will operate at the heart of the firm's Quality Management & Compliance system. As part of an 11-month CDD starting in November 2026,

  • You will contribute to securing the firm's independence, supporting operational teams, and spreading a culture of quality, ethics, and compliance.
  • You will analyze compatibility requests formulated by the audit and advisory teams, across all business lines, and formalize clear and reasoned legal responses.
  • You will process files requiring a Group decision and ensure the quality, reliability, and traceability of the elements transmitted.
  • You will become one of the referents on employee independence and will notably participate in the Annual Declaration of Objectivity and Independence campaign.
  • You will participate in the deployment and implementation of controls related to the internal quality system, and then contribute to the follow-up of identified actions.
  • You will disseminate best practices by organizing webinars, targeted communications, and awareness actions, particularly through dedicated training.

These missions will allow you to develop cross-functional expertise, in contact with many professions within the firm and interlocutors in France as well as internationally.

You are a recent graduate or have approximately one year of first experience acquired within an audit firm or a company. You hold a Master's degree (bac+5) from a major business school, engineering school, or university, for example with a specialization in law. You wish to put your training and first experience at the service of concrete issues related to independence, ethics, and compliance, particularly in the statutory auditing environment. You know how to analyze sometimes complex situations, select determining information, and produce reliable, structured, and directly usable summaries. Your rigor, sense of organization, and writing skills allow you to manage several requests methodically and secure decision-making. You enjoy teamwork, adapt your communication to various interlocutors, and build relationships of trust. Dynamic and curious, you wish to progress in your profession and support the development of the firm in France and abroad. Your excellent command of English, both written and spoken, allows you to process Group files and communicate effectively with international interlocutors.
