As part of our business development, we are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join our Toulouse team, composed of about twenty lawyers and legal experts. You will support our clients on various high-value issues, intervening autonomously on the following missions: Routine corporate law advice Drafting and monitoring of legal documents Support for top-of-balance-sheet operations: fundraising, capital increases, restructurings, mergers, issuance of securities, etc. Conducting acquisition and disposal audits Support for business transfer operations Drafting and negotiating shareholders' agreements and asset and liability guarantees Beyond your technical missions, you will actively participate in the development of the firm, client relations, and the support of more junior associates. Holder of the CAPA, you have at least 2 years of experience in a law firm on corporate law and business law topics.
