The Financial Advisory Services department of Forvis Mazars, with its more than 150 employees in France and present in 52 countries worldwide, brings together all the financial expertise necessary to support our clients in their strategic operations: Transaction Services, Litigation Support, Valuation, Corporate Finance, Restructuring, Debt & Capital Advisory, Debt & Treasury Advisory, Deal Value Creation. Within Transaction Services - Real Estate & Hospitality, you will support our team of consultants dedicated to issues relating to the hospitality, construction, real estate development, property investment, etc., sectors, by working with various players (SMEs, French groups, international groups, real estate management companies, and Private Equity funds) in their transaction projects in France and internationally, through missions of:

• Acquisition or disposal Due Diligence;
• Business plan review;
• Support in negotiations, etc.

Prioritizing the quality of services delivered to our clients, we wish to help you evolve in a formative and educational working environment, allowing you to acquire an efficient and thoughtful analysis methodology, as well as in-depth knowledge of corporate finance and the real estate and hospitality sectors. Within a human-sized team, you will quickly be given responsibility and will participate in our daily exchanges with management and the financial departments of key players in the sector, as well as the various stakeholders involved in a transaction (M&A / investment banks, lawyers, etc.). Position to be filled on a CDI basis starting from January 2027.

To accomplish these missions, you are currently pursuing your final year of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in a business school or university and are looking for your first job. You are ready to demonstrate commitment, motivation, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong critical spirit, which will allow you to evolve successfully within a high-level environment, where teamwork and technical excellence are at the heart of our values.

In always demanding contexts, the diversity of missions will require a strong capacity for adaptation, allowing you to grasp various issues. To thrive in this profession of numbers, you have already researched the field of Transactions. You have at least an appetite for corporate finance and financial analysis, ideally already proven through a first internship experience or a course module. You have a marked interest in the challenges of the real estate and hospitality sectors; a first experience related to this sector will be highly appreciated.

You will intervene in part on missions where the working language is English, so you must perfectly master the English language, both written and spoken.

Recruitment process steps Maëlle, in charge of this recruitment, will be your point of contact throughout your process. At Forvis Mazars, we are convinced that your potential is not limited to a CV. That is why, once your application is submitted, you will be invited by email to complete a digital skill test journey covering your knowledge in financial analysis, numerical reasoning, and English, lasting 15 to 20 minutes. Once these tests are completed, your application file will be studied in its entirety and you will receive a response within a few days to a maximum of 4 weeks. If you are selected following this first step, you will be contacted to begin the following process:

• 2 consecutive 45-min interviews conducted with experienced TS analysts who will ensure they understand your background, your motivations, your financial knowledge, as well as your level of English.
• 1 final interview a few days later if the first interviews are positive, with a TS Associate.
