Sales Setter - Remote

At an important online English academy, we are looking for dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented Sales Setters to join our team full-time. If you are between 22 and 35 years old, have excellent digital communication skills, and are motivated to meet ambitious goals, this space is for you. Your main mission will be to be the first point of contact for our community, filtering and pre-qualifying leads through digital channels to schedule them with our closers.

What you will do day-to-day:

• Multichannel lead management: Initiate and maintain strategic conversations via Instagram DM, WhatsApp, and email.
• Diagnosis and pre-qualification: Analyze the profile, real needs, and budget of interested parties to ensure they meet the ideal profile.
• Effective scheduling: Coordinate and ensure the attendance of qualified leads to interviews with the closers team.
• Constant follow-up: Nurture the relationship with prospects through personalized messages to maintain interest and reduce the no-show rate.
• Continuous optimization: Monitor processes, propose improvements in conversion scripts, and maintain impeccable lead records in our CRM and Excel.

What profile are we looking for?

• Age Range: Between 22 and 35 years old (Mandatory).
• Impeccable communication: Excellent spelling, writing, and verbal fluency to connect with different client profiles.
• Organization and technology: Agile handling of management tools (CRM, Excel) and a high capacity to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Goal orientation: Commercial mindset, resilience, and total focus on exceeding scheduling metrics.
• Experience (Desirable): Previous experience in sales, high-level customer service, or lead management in digital environments.

Working Conditions and Schedules (Full-Time):

• Modality: 100% Remote.
• Available Schedules: We have two full-time shifts to choose from or be assigned according to the academy's availability (Venezuela Time):
• Shift 1: 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Shift 2: 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Economic Offer: Average of $400 USD per month (based on commissions and performance bonuses with no cap), with excellent projection for rapid growth according to performance.
