RECRUITMENT STAFF (CEI Certified)

Develop new business opportunities and acquire corporate clients requiring recruitment services.

Source, screen and match suitable candidates with employers.

Handle recruitment and placement of Work Permit, S Pass and Employment Pass candidates.

Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and candidates.

Coordinate interviews, job offers and placement arrangements.

Ensure compliance with Singapore employment agency regulations and MOM requirements.

Achieve monthly sales and recruitment targets.

Requirements Valid CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) certification is MANDATORY.

Previous experience in a Singapore employment agency is preferred.

Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to independently develop corporate clients.

Self-motivated, results-driven and customer-focused.

Good command of English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for serving Mandarin-speaking clients.
