INTERNATIONAL DERMOCOSMETICS TRAINING PROJECT MANAGER - M/F

Your tasks

Description MISSION The TOPICREM & BEAUTERRA Training Project Manager develops training tools and pathways, delivers training in France and internationally, and validates its efficiency.

TRAINING DESIGN

• Creation and updating of training materials and pedagogical tools based on presentations provided by the marketing development team.
• Working with the Scientific Communication & Training Manager, zone managers, and country product managers to adapt tools to local needs.
• Implementation of KPIs for pathways, tools, and training.
• Participation in the development of the Annual Training Plan with the Scientific Communication & Training Manager.

TRAINING ANIMATION

• Organization and animation of training sessions for new hires and for continuous training (business managers, demonstrators, sales advisors, and distributors + internal Mayoly teams).
• Organization and animation of sell-out oriented training sessions for training relays, business managers, demonstrators, sales advisors, and distributors.
• Animation of sell-out oriented training sessions in support of training relays in their local training actions.
• Regular travel abroad is to be expected.

INTERNAL INTERFACES

• Research and development, Regulatory, and Marketing Development departments
• Zone Managers and marketing/training managers of subsidiaries (sales)
• Field populations of the countries where Topicrem & BeauTerra are marketed

Requirements

Graduate of a degree in aesthetics/cosmetology OR a Business School/Engineering School with significant experience in Training, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in the cosmetics / pharmaceutical sector.

Significant international experience is desired with perfect mastery of English.

KNOWLEDGE

• Mastery of office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook .)
• English imperative (oral and written) - Spanish desired in order to manage international partners.
