MISSION :

FORECAST OPERATIONS

• Produce and maintain statistical forecasts in Futurmaster
• Ensure the configuration and optimization of statistical models
• Control the consistency of generated forecasts
• Manage Forecast exceptions and propose corrective actions
• Guarantee the availability of forecasts within the monthly cycle deadlines

HISTORICAL DATA CLEANSING & DATA QUALITY

• Analyze and clean sales histories
• Identify and correct data anomalies
• Document adjustments made
• Guarantee the quality of data necessary for statistical forecasting
• Work with Data, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to improve data reliability

BUSINESS FORECAST REVIEW

• Organize Forecast reviews with subsidiaries and markets
• Challenge commercial and marketing assumptions
• Validate Forecast sign-offs with stakeholders
• Ensure the consistency of assumptions between countries
• Identify risks and opportunities impacting forecasts

DEMAND PLANNING & S&OP SUPPORT

• Participate in monthly Demand Reviews
• Contribute to S&OP cycles
• Prepare analyses necessary for performance reviews
• Provide visibility on Forecast / Budget / Actuals variances
• Participate in continuous improvement plans for the Demand Planning process

FORECAST PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

• Measure and analyze Forecast KPIs
• Forecast Accuracy
• Bias
• FVA (Forecast Value Added)
• Volatility
• Perform root cause analyses of variances
• Build improvement recommendations
• Follow up on action plans with countries

FUTURMASTER KEY USER

• Support country users
• Contribute to testing and evolutions of the solution
• Participate in user training
• Guarantee the application of Forecast standards at the group level

Profile sought :

With a Bac +4/5 degree (business school, engineering, or university equivalent), you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or Forecasting in an international environment, with S&OP / IBP cycles appreciated and knowledge of Sales Forecasting processes.
