Senior CMDB / ITOM Engineer (Contract)

You will serve as the local technical lead for ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM, ensuring Singapore’s infrastructure, applications and cloud estate are accurately represented within the Group ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities:- Lead the onboarding of Singapore's infrastructure, application and cloud estate into the Group ServiceNow CMDB. Drive ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and CMDB initiatives to establish a reliable single source of truth. Partner with Group architects to localise CMDB, CSDM and reconciliation models for Singapore-specific requirements. Build and maintain end-to-end service maps to support impact analysis, change risk assessment and incident triage. Integrate local technology platforms, monitoring tools and asset repositories into the Group CMDB ecosystem. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert and escalation point for CMDB, ITOM and IT Asset-related matters. Drive data quality, governance, discovery coverage and continuous improvement to maintain audit-ready CMDB integrity. Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Operations Management, CMDB engineering, IT Asset Management or ServiceNow ITOM delivery. Strong hands-on experience with: ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management CMDB/CSDM design and governance Infrastructure, networking and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)Data quality, CI reconciliation and configuration management Experience in scripting using PowerShell, Python or JavaScript is advantageous. ServiceNow and ITIL certifications will be highly regarded. Only shortlisted candidate will be notified.
