F&B Supervisor
We are looking for a responsible and experienced F&B Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food court and F& B outlets. The successful candidate will supervise staff, ensure excellentvcustomer service, maintain food safety standards and support the smooth runningvof daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations.
- Manage and allocate duties to kitchen, service and general staff.
- Monitor staff attendance, work performance and discipline.
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness and service standards are maintained.
- Monitor customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally.
- Ensure compliance with SFA food hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
- Check food preparation, storage and handling practices.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers or management for replenishment.
- Minimise food wastage and control operating costs.
- Assist with staff training and onboarding of new employees.
- Coordinate with stall operators, kitchen staff and management to resolve operational issues.
- Support catering operations and large-volume orders when required.
- Prepare basic operational reports and provide updates to management.
- Ensure the premises, equipment and dining areas are clean and well maintained.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Operations Manager or management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B operations or a supervisory role .
- Experience in a food court, restaurant, catering business or similar environment is preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to supervise a team and work independently.
- Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
- Candidates with relevant food safety or F&B qualifications will have an advantage.
