LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE

The Logistics Executive manages and optimizes daily supply chain, warehouse, and shipping workflows to ensure goods reach customers on time and at the lowest possible cost

Key Responsibilities

• Transportation & Routing: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, select freight carriers, and plan delivery routes.

• Order Fulfillment: Oversee the full order cycle from initial acceptance to final delivery.

• Inventory Control: Track stock levels, monitor arrivals and departures, and prevent stockouts or overstocking.

• Vendor & Stakeholder Liaising: Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, custom officers, and warehouse staff.

• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and verify shipping documents (e.g., Bills of Lading, export/import paperwork) and ensure safety or regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (like SAP), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), inventory software, and Microsoft Excel.

• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, time management, and clear communication skills.
