Marketing Coordinator – Norden

Are you at the beginning of your career in marketing and want the opportunity to work in an international environment with multiple markets and contact points? We are now looking for a Marketing Coordinator who wants to help translate marketing plans into concrete activities in the Nordic markets for our client.

Your duties

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work with coordinating and implementing marketing activities across several markets. A large part of the work takes place together with distributors and other external partners, while you also maintain close contact with internal teams within sales and marketing.

You will, among other things, work with: *Coordination and implementation of marketing activities and campaigns *Adaptation of central marketing programs and offers to local markets *Support in the development of local marketing activation plans *Coordination with distributors, agencies, and other external partners *Follow-up of activities, results, and relevant KPI:er *Support during product and service campaigns *Coordination of marketing material and merchandise for local activities *Follow-up of budget and costs related to marketing activities *Ongoing collaboration with internal teams within Sales, Brand & Communications, and other parts of the organization

The role involves working towards approximately ten markets and entails many international contact points. Travel may occur in the position, for example, in connection with visits to distributors, customers, or other partners. You will receive guidance and support in the role while being expected to take responsibility for driving your activities forward.

Your profile

We are looking for you who are at the beginning of your career in marketing and who thrive in a coordinating role with many contact points. You are structured, communicative, and enjoy managing several activities in parallel.

We would prefer that you have: *Post-secondary education in marketing, communication, or equivalent *Experience in coordinating marketing activities, campaigns, or projects *A good ability to follow up on activities and work with results and KPI:er *Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written *Good communicative ability and ease in creating relationships with different contact points *B-driver's license

It is a merit if you have experience from an international company, working towards distributors, or collaboration with external marketing and communication agencies.
