itea is a well-known local bubble tea chain in Singapore, iTea focuses on offering good-quality drinks at neighbourhood-friendly prices. More than 50 outlets in Singapore and we are expanding to more outlets in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities: Customer service: Greet customers, take orders accurately, and provide friendly, prompt service. Beverage preparation: Prepare milk teas and other drinks according to company recipes and quality standards. This includes cooking tapioca pearls and preparing other toppings and ingredients. Cashiering: Handle transactions, collect payments, and process orders at the point of sale. Store operations: Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, and may include handling delivery orders. Cleanliness and organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by cleaning equipment, workstations, and the overall store. Inventory and stocking: Monitor stock levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with inventory management and stocktaking. Job Requirements: Strong customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits: Full timers (Up to $3500 Gross salary) (5/6 days 44 hours per week) Part timer ($12.04/hour - $13.04/hour) (Flexible working hours (For Part Timer) Training will be provided + Career advancement Yearly increment & AWS Productivity allowance and other incentives
