Warehouse and Production Coordinator

Your tasks

They will be responsible for coordinating the warehouse and production (workshop) operations of Casa Matriz, ensuring proper inventory control and compliance with production schedules.

Role Functions *Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse and production operations, ensuring compliance with schedules, priorities, and operational objectives.

*Administer and optimize human resources, spaces, equipment, machinery, and fleet, guaranteeing an efficient and safe operation.

*Plan and control the reception, storage, inventory, dispatch, and distribution of goods to customers and branches.

*Supervise compliance with quality standards, operating procedures, safety, PPE, and ISO 9001.

*Coordinate with Compras, Ventas, Importación, Exportación, and branches to ensure the timely flow of information, inventory, and requirements.

*Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, as well as the proper use of tools and machinery.

*Lead, train, and supervise operational personnel, promoting the achievement of goals and good work practices.

*Among other functions.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Ingeniería Mecánica
• Knowledge in operational analysis, inventories, planning, and production
• Intermediate Excel proficiency
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Valid Driver's License
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Bodega, Producción, Personnel Management, and Logística
