About the company

Naya Wellness Resort in Giza is seeking an experienced technology leader to join its pre-opening leadership team and drive the operational readiness of the resort’s technology environment.

Your tasks

The successful candidate will oversee IT infrastructure, hotel systems, cybersecurity, telecommunications, business applications, technical support, disaster recovery, and guest-facing technologies. The role will also lead systems commissioning, vendor coordination, testing, project delivery, and technology readiness ahead of opening.

Requirements

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field
• 5–7 years of relevant IT experience, including at least five years in a leadership position
• Hospitality, hotel pre-opening, resort, or mixed-use development experience
• Strong knowledge of PMS, POS, IPTV, telephony, Wi-Fi, networking, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and enterprise infrastructure
• Experience in project management, systems integration, vendor management, disaster recovery, and business continuity
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving capabilities
• Fluency in English, with Arabic highly preferred
