- • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- • Supervise technicians and subcontractors on site.
- • Monitor electrical loads, consumption, and system performance.
- • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
- • Coordinate with facility management team, tenants, and service providers.
- • Prepare basic maintenance and incident reports.
- • BSc in Electrical Engineering.
- • 1–3 years experience in electrical O&M (malls or commercial facilities preferred).
- • Good knowledge of power distribution systems and electrical drawings.
- • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
