Retail Assistant/Punggol

Work Location:Punggol 6 working days（11am-10pm) Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the retail outlet
- Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide assistance to customers and respond to their enquiries and requests
- Interact with children and parents throughout their visit and provide a positive customer experience
- Communicate with children in a patient, friendly and approachable manner
- Provide guidance and assistance to customers where necessary
- Handle customer requests and feedback professionally and escalate matters to the supervisor when required
- Support the team in ensuring smooth daily operations and a good overall customer experience
- Assist with activities, events, promotions or other operational tasks when required
- Work closely with team members to support daily operations and customer service
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management
Requirements
- Prior experience working with or interacting with children is highly preferred
- Candidates from Preschool, Childcare, Tuition, Enrichment Centre, Kids Playground, Indoor Playground or Kids Events backgrounds are welcome
- Candidates with experience at Kiztopia, Kidztopia or similar children-related environments will have an added advantage
- Retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Patient, friendly and comfortable interacting with children
- Able to communicate effectively with both children and parents
- Positive, approachable and service-oriented personality
- Able to remain calm and patient when handling children or busy customer situations
- Comfortable working in a lively, customer-facing environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays where required
