Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and tender submissions
- Carry out quantity take-offs from drawings and project specifications
- Review BOQ, drawings, and scope of works
- Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Prepare material and labour cost calculations
- Handle variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts
- Monitor project costs and budget
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or related field
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience
- Experience in carpentry, joinery, interior fit-out, or renovation projects
- Experience in quantity take-off, costing, tendering, VO, progress claims, and final accounts
- Able to read and understand construction / carpentry drawings
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
