Responsibilities

• Manage the development and enhancement of ZingKey’s HR SaaS products based on business and customer requirements.
• Work with customers, Sales and Implementation teams to understand HR processes, operational needs and system requirements.
• Prepare product requirements, PRDs, process flows, prototypes and functional specifications for new features and enhancements.
• Work closely with UI/UX, Development and QA teams throughout the development and testing process.
• Follow up on product development progress and ensure features are delivered according to requirements.
• Support the development of HR modules including Payroll, Attendance, Leave, Shift, Benefits and Onboarding.
• Review customer feedback, market developments and competitor products to identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in product roadmap, release planning and feature prioritisation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS, ERP, HRMS or enterprise software products.
• Experience with HR systems in the Singapore market is required.
• Good understanding of requirement analysis, business processes and system workflows.
• Able to prepare PRDs, process flows and product prototypes independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams.

Added Advantage

• Experience with HRMS / HCM / Payroll / ERP products.
• Familiar with Singapore HR, Payroll, CPF, Leave and Attendance processes.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, multi-tenant systems or complex enterprise software.
• Previous experience in Implementation, Business Analysis or Enterprise Software Consulting.
