Operations Support Officer - MOE School
Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 9:00am to 6:30pm Friday: 9:30am to 6:30pm Some Saturdays: 8:00am to 12:00pm, when required Working hours may vary according to the assigned school's operational requirements. Job Scope
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of assigned school areas.
- Open and secure classrooms, gates and offices.
- Arrange furniture and equipment for meetings, examinations and school events.
- Provide logistical support for daily school activities.
- Conduct basic facility checks and report maintenance issues.
- Assist with printing, photocopying, laminating and other general duties.
- Perform other duties assigned by the school.
Requirements
- Relevant operations, logistics, facilities or school experience is preferred.
- Able to use basic office equipment.
- Responsible, organised and able to follow instructions.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.Working Hours
