Contract Period: From 1 Oct 2026 to 30 Sept 2027 Option to extend: From 1 Oct 2027 to 30 Sept 2028
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Personnel will be given time off if required to work beyond working hours
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Requirements: The Personnel should preferably have the following qualification, skills and experience:
- Qualification and Experience
- Education: Minimum Diploma or Higher Nitec in Audio-Visual Technology, Media Production, Information Technology, or a related field.
- AV Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing auditorium soundboards, lighting grids, and live event mixing.
- Training Others: Training teachers and students from media CCA on AV related equipment.
- Media Experience: Proven portfolio in corporate or event photography, videography, and professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Technical Skills
- Live Production: Proficiency in operating digital audio mixers, wireless microphone systems, and stage lighting controllers.
- Systems Maintenance: Strong troubleshooting skills for classroom hardware, projectors, interactive displays, and PA systems.
- Digital Platforms: Basic knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) for website updates and digital signage scheduling software.
- Soft Skills & Work Conditions
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and patiently when training teachers and mentoring young students.
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to support occasional early morning assemblies or after-school events when required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, transport, and set up heavy AV equipment safely across the campus.
Job Scopes: The Services required are set out as follows:
- Event Production & AV Support
- School & Major Events: Lead the technical setup and live operation of audiovisual systems for major school events, assemblies, and performances.
- Lighting & Sound Management: Control and operate the auditorium lighting grid, soundboards, and media mixing consoles during live productions.
- Student Event Support: Assist student groups and staff in setting up and testing AV equipment for club activities, presentations, and special initiatives.
- AV system training: Conduct training for Media Club Students and teachers.
- Multimedia, Content Creation & Website Management
- Photography & Videography: Capture photos and videos of campus events, daily school life, and official staff portraits.
- Video Production: Edit and produce video content for college presentations, promotional materials, and social media.
- Website Maintenance: Keep the school website updated with fresh content and announcements.
- Digital Signage: Manage and schedule content across all digital display screens throughout the campus.
- Classroom Systems & Operations
- Classroom Tech Management: Oversee the installation, operation, and ongoing maintenance of projectors, interactive displays, and sound systems across all classrooms.
- Preventative Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform regular checks and prompt troubleshooting on all campus AV hardware to ensure zero downtime during instructional hours.
- PA Systems Maintenance: Ensure regular checks are conducted and functional
Any other duties as assigned by college management.
