Contract Period: From 1 January 2027 to 31 October 2027.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours: Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 5:00pm On 2 designated detention days, working hours will be extended until 6:00pm. Detention days are tentatively scheduled on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, subject to the school’s confirmation. No work on weekends, public holidays, June, November and December Working hours may vary depending on the school’s requirements

Requirements: The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience: Relevant qualifications or certifications in Youth Work or related fields are preferred. At least 1 year of experience in discipline management, case management or behaviour support involving youths. Good communication and interpersonal skills with students and adults. Able to guide and mentor students with disciplinary or behavioural issues. Experience with restorative practices or behaviour management is an advantage. Emotionally resilient and able to handle challenging situations professionally. Able to work effectively with students and parents from diverse backgrounds.

Job Scopes: The Services required are set out as follows: Support daily student discipline matters, including latecomers, detention and suspension. Conduct school compound walkabouts and monitor student behaviour. Investigate disciplinary cases and follow up with students and parents. Guide and mentor students with disciplinary or behavioural issues. Monitor students’ progress and provide appropriate follow-up. Maintain records, incident reports and case documentation using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel). Follow school procedures on student safety, confidentiality and data protection. Perform other student management or school duties as assigned.
