0510 Science Lab Assistant/Ang Mo Kio MRT

Contract Period: 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. Option to extend from 1 January to 31 December 2028.
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
- January to November: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 7:30am to 3:00pm; Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:30am to 5:00pm. Each day includes a one-hour lunch break.
- December: one three-hour session per week, up to four sessions per month. These hours are estimates; actual deployment will be confirmed.
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
Requirements:
- At least GCE N-Level or equivalent qualification with a Science-related subject.
- Preferably two years of relevant administration and operations experience, especially supporting Science activities in a school.
- Good organisation, teamwork and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and skills in taking photographs and videos.
Job Scopes: The Services required are set out as follows:
- Prepare materials and apparatus for Science lessons.
- Manage, operate and maintain Science laboratories and outdoor facilities.
- Carry out stocktaking of Science resources.
- Curate students' artefacts for teachers' reflection.
- Perform other duties assigned by the school.
