In this newly created key position, you will build the Corporate Functions & Enablement department. Your Tasks
You are responsible for the establishment and further development of the new Corporate Functions & Enablement department and assume functional and disciplinary leadership of a small team.
As a sparring partner to the management, you accompany the strategy process, transformation projects, and organization-wide change processes from conception to sustainable implementation.
You develop, establish, and optimize our project and business process management, thereby creating the foundation for efficient, transparent, and goal-oriented implementation of strategic initiatives.
Together with the management, you further develop top management communication and design decision-making, reporting, and steering processes.
You promote cross-departmental collaboration and innovation by establishing methods, standards, best practices, and enablement offerings for the entire organization.
Close cooperation with the operational business units and relevant group interfaces regarding strategic and organizational issues completes your portfolio of tasks.
Your Profile
You have a completed degree with a focus on business administration, organizational development, or law, combined with a strong understanding of business administration. Further training in the areas of project and process management or change management is an advantage.
You possess many years of professional experience in a comparable management-oriented and strategic advisory function. You also have experience in the disciplinary leadership of teams.
You bring sound knowledge of project management, collaboration, and presentation tools.
Your profile is characterized by strategic thinking, conceptual skills, high solution orientation, a hands-on mentality, and interest in a wide range of topics.
Thanks to your strong communication and cooperation skills, you succeed in engaging different stakeholders and contributing together to the further development of the organization.
You bring fluent English skills for collaboration with international colleagues.

A market-compliant, attractive, and performance-related annual gross salary starting from 80,000 Euro (on a full-time basis) with a willingness to overpay based on appropriate experience and qualification.
