Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update 2D AutoCAD drawings, shop drawings and waterproofing details.
- Prepare waterproofing layout plans, sections, details and construction drawings.
- Interpret architectural, structural and engineering drawings.
- Convert site requirements and measurements into accurate technical drawings.
- Revise drawings based on comments from clients, consultants and project teams.
- Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Engineers and site personnel on drawing requirements.
- Conduct site measurements or site visits when required.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project specifications and requirements.
- Maintain proper drawing records, revisions and documentation.
- Prepare drawings for submission and approval by consultants/clients.
- Assist the project team with other drafting and technical documentation as required.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Graduate Diploma / Nitec Certificate in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Building, Construction or related discipline.
- AutoCAD proficiency is compulsory.
- Candidates must be able to independently prepare and amend 2D technical drawings.
- Experience in waterproofing, building or infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
- Able to read and interpret architectural, structural and engineering drawings.
- Familiar with construction details and drawing standards.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
