CHARGEBACK Representative at a financial company

Who are we?

The CHARGEBACK team at MAX handles financial disputes between private customers and businesses – both domestically and globally. In this role, we investigate, ask questions, analyze, and draft responses to financial disputes from various businesses against claims from foreign customers (tourist cards), while working within various international work interfaces. Our team is small, high-quality, and cohesive – and when there is an opening, we look for special people to join it.

What are we looking for?

Service-oriented, patient men/women with a love for learning and true listening skills. Those who know how to investigate, understand, and form smart decisions – even when there isn't one clear answer. If you have high-level written English and availability for a full-time position – we would be happy to meet you. Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or the financial field – a significant advantage.
