Machinery Repossession Officer

1. Receive machinery repossession orders from the Risk Control department/Legal department when it is found that customers have defaulted on payments according to the contract, in order to proceed with the repossession of said machinery.
2. Verify information and documents before proceeding with the machinery repossession to ensure accuracy and completeness.
3. Arrange trailers to carry out the machinery repossession, prepare repossession records, and take photographs to confirm the repossession.
4. Coordinate with company branches to send repossessed machinery to be stored at various nearby company branches.
5. Proceed with machinery repossession in cases where rights have been transferred to the company.
6. Coordinate information with Sales regarding whether the customer has changed the contract after the rights were transferred; if no change has occurred, the machinery must be repossessed, and documents must be checked for completeness.
7. Prepare machinery repossession result reports for all cases according to the forms specified by the company.
8. Report machinery repossession results to the Accounting department, Risk Control department, and related departments within the specified timeframe.
9. Summarize monthly/quarterly machinery repossession statistics to report to management.
10. Coordinate with Sales and all company branches, approximately 23 branches nationwide, to inquire about customer information and follow up on machinery repossession.
11. Contact and coordinate with the police in cases where security is required during machinery repossession.
12. Participate in weekly/monthly meetings with the Risk Control department and Accounting department to review performance results and improvement guidelines.
13. Proceed with moving repossessed assets to storage locations at nearby company branches and prepare handover documents for related departments for storage.
14. Other assigned tasks.

Qualifications: Gender: Male-Female Age: 25-40 years old Education: High Vocational Certificate or Bachelor's Degree, any field. Have experience related to asset repossession, including various types of machinery, for at least 1-2 years. Have communication skills (reading, writing) in English at a fair level.
