Your tasks:

• You plan our local transport routes daily
• You summarize all route-relevant order information and order external services
• You coordinate our drivers in ongoing operations and instruct them on order specifics
• You communicate directly with customers and drivers
• You monitor transit times and delivery dates
• You work closely with your four colleagues

What you should bring with you

• Completed training as a Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial training
• ideally experience in dispatching
• Structured and independent way of working – with good organizational talent and a clear view of priorities, even when things get hectic
• Strong communication skills at eye level – just as clear with drivers as with customers. Direct, respectful, binding
• Basic knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Confident handling of MS Office – Excel, Word, and Outlook
