Your Tasks

Building progress from ideas together with passion

  • Independent elaboration of construction sequence concepts in coordination with the project team from the bidding phase to acceptance
  • Monitoring construction progress and incorporating changes and disruptions in the construction sequence into the schedule
  • Moderation of the construction sequence within the project team
  • Presentation of the scheduling situation to the customer with disruption analyses and presentation of possible measures for schedule security
  • Visualization of the construction sequence in Gantt charts, construction phase plans, weekly plans, and construction sequence simulations

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in civil engineering or an equivalent qualification acquired through professional experience
  • Ideally professional experience in a comparable function
  • Knowledge in using common software for scheduling, such as MS-Project and Primavera P6 as well as BIM applications
  • Experience with Lean methods such as Last-Planer and Taktplanung is desirable
  • Technical understanding, organizational skills, and strong communication skills
